- Drive clutch (PTO): Bandit OEM guide: "If not adjusted correctly, the clutch will slip under a load, causing feed problems. A BURNT-UP CLUTCH IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!" Bandit-family: an owner reported a 19XPC "only 1.5 years old and already going on its third clutch." Verify clutch engagement under load.
- Drive belts: Bandit guide: "New belts stretch very soon and must be adjusted several times in the first few hours of operation." Slack belts cause feed problems, check belt tension and alignment.
